Lovely delicate elastic elastic ribbon headband, embellished with shiny clear rhinestones and silver beads applique and mix of rooster feathers with wispy ostrich plumes.

An Art Deco headpiece that can be worn on the left or right side of head, made with elastic velvet ribbon!
