Made of stainless steel, we engrave using an annealing process, which blackens the metal without making it rough or leaving a residue, so that your book stays nice and beautiful.

This bookmark is made of 24 gauge stainless steel, which is thin enough to mark your page, without damaging your book’s spine, but thick enough to be extremely durable. Every bookmark can be fully customized, and customization is included in the listing. There is no strict limit to how much you can put on there, but please keep in mind that the more you put on the bookmark, the smaller the text will have to be.

We can do symbols from your favorite books, as shown in the photos, but if you’d like a symbol engraved, we will need you to send it to us in a message on Etsy so we can use exactly what you want. We can also do handwriting if you’d like, but you will need to send us a clear, bright photo with no shadows of what you want engraved. Please keep the shape of the bookmark in mind when you’re ordering – square handwriting samples will not work.

We will use the font shown in the photo, unless you specify differently in your note. If you want a specific font, please make sure that it is either already available with Windows, or that it can be found for free online, so that we can download and use it for you.

These bookmarks are 6.25 inches tall by 1.25 inches wide.

The tassels are vibrant and silky – please refer to the last photo on the listing for the color options.
